Warranty Information

The Solo2 carries a lifetime warranty on the heating element, and a limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, and a limited 1-Year warranty covering the battery. Glass is not covered under warranty. Retain proof of purchase for warranty service. Returning the product and costs incurred are the responsibility of the user. Arizer will repair or replace warrantied items at our discretion. The warranty does not cover units damaged by dropping, tampering, unauthorized service performed or attempted, modifying the unit, misuse or abuse.

Solo II is a fantastic device, I'm glad I purchased through 420EDC. The bonus box deal is a no brainer. They also have the best glass stems in the game.

I can't always get good hits 100% consistently, but it's probably something I'm doing because it's like this with most herb vapes?, but it does hit really well, it's really easy to use, has a great straightforward design that's robust and makes loading, unloading, and cleaning all very clean and easy. The only changes I'd make are to the firmware: Get rid of the delay on start up before it reads buttons and starts heating, stop it from shutting off in active use by resetting the auto-shutoff countdown when buttons get pressed (like a normal sleep mode). Other than those nitpicks, I love it, and the deal, service, and bonuses here at 420edc are awesome!

The Solo II is awesome. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it really is the best I've used. It heats up so quickly, it's easy to load and clean, and it just works incredibly well. I like to start it at 167 C and slowly creep it up. The first few hits always taste amazing. If you don't care much about the flavor, it's easy to choose a temp that suits you and it saves the temp from when you last used it, so you just turn it on and go. Every other device I've used required me to monitor the temp in some way and pay a lot more attention to it. The MFLB, Vapor Genie, and Dyna. They're all excellent in their own way, but this, I think, is by far the easiest and simplest. A single bowl is always enough for my wife and I to split and, occasionally, there's enough left in the flower to take a few more hits the next session. I usually just store the ABV, though, even if it's a little light, so I can try making some edibles soon. I almost forgot about all the little goodies we got from 420 EDC. The case is really excellent quality. It locks tight and it's non-descript without the sticker on it, which I appreciate. I'm glad they still threw some stickers in that I could use myself, though. The extra stem is cute and functional. And all the little tools we got help with cleaning and loading the bowl. I can't speak enough praises, honestly. Really happy with this.
