Upgrade Option:

Out of the Box, the XVape Avant seems like the perfect EDC device and we feel that it is when properly protected.  What might that entail?  Since the Avant has a mouthpiece held in place magnetically, should you decide to pocket it on its own, there is nothing to keep the mouthpiece from falling off and staying in your pocket, or worse, falling off and out of your pocket onto a hard surface and breaking (it is ceramic/zirconia afterall).  The other issue is just trying to retrieve the unit from your pocket and you wind up with the mouthpiece in your hand and the rest of the device  still in your pocket.  Same logic applies to a purse or pack.  You just don't want the device bouncing around unprotected.
