Starting September 1st 2020, 420EDC is offering a new program for anyone who purchases select glassware from 420EDC.
Should the glassware break, you can repurchase it for half price for up to 6 months after you purchased the glassware initially. Please inquire and send a picture of the broken glass you purchased from 420EDC. You must also contact us via the email address used to make the purchase for authentication purposes. We'll relay instructions on how to proceed.
This service excludes any glassware purchased via our Clearance Page (already deeply discounted and sold as is) and any clear glassware pieces that are included with any Arizer portables (70mm, 90mm, 110mm & 110mm Curve & 14mm WPA Clear Glass for the Solo2/Solo/Air2/Air/Air MAX/Air SE and standard Clear ArGo Aroma Tubes). Higher Standards, Groove, YllVape, XMax V3 Pro, XMax Starry 4 & XLux Roffu (TopGreen) Glassware is also not covered by the Glass Pact.
Should the glassware you purchased be discontinued or no longer stocked, we may offer a substitution piece at a discount of equal or lesser price or just provide you with a credit which you can spend towards some type of replacement glass. 6 month term only applies to the initial glass piece, not subsequent half price glassware purchased under this program. The Glass Pact does not cover standard flaws in glassware like stress cracks or any other flaws associated with hand made glassware which remains functional, only non functional broken pieces.
