Warranty Information

The ArGo carries a lifetime warranty on the heating element, and a limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, excluding battery. Glass is not covered under warranty. Retain proof of purchase for warranty service. Returning the product and costs incurred are the responsibility of the user. Arizer will repair or replace warrantied items at our discretion. The warranty does not cover units damaged by dropping, tampering, unauthorized service performed or attempted, modifying the unit,misuse or abuse.

    This is my first device and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. Solid, discrete, and easy to use. 420EDC was very quick with the shipment, mailed the next day and arrived at my door in short order. The nice bonuses were actually really nice.

    After plenty of research I went with the Argo and couldnt be happier. The device is intuitive and super portable. The extras 420edc threw in are great and I couldnt find a better price anywhere. After Marks advice around pandemic shipping I opted for int. express shipping to Australia which arrived in 15 days and was worth the extra imo. Look no further this is a steal!

    I got the Argo in the bundle that included the carrying case and an extra aroma tube. Completely worth it. It’s simple to set up and use, works great, and is easy to clean. I haven’t used it outside, but so long as you have a bag or big pockets you could discretely take this thing anywhere. I’m personally using the filter screens, but Arizer says those are optional.

    Bought my Argo back in April, and it came way earlier than I expected. It's super portable, easy to clean, and has been a blast to use! Not only that, but 420EDC's bonus box is an excellent deal, and I've been loving the 3D flow curve aroma tube. I definitely recommend the Argo and 420EDC - they care about their customers!

    Device works well and is great if you need something that fits in your pocket. Coming from a launch box, this was much easier to prep and take with you. I recommend getting extra stems and a battery for easy swapping on-the-go.

    Love this device! The glass tubes are super convenient to clean, and the device itself works great. The bonus curved 3D glass and carrying case made this a steal. Will be buying more glass in the future!

    I was really on the fence about getting a heating device for dry herbs, ultimately opted for the ArGo and I can confidently say it was a very worthwhile investment. Read a lot about the superior flavor that heating, and specially the ArGo, can offer, and I think it really does make a difference and makes sessions much more healthy and enjoyable. To anyone indecisive about getting this product, I definitely recommend it, and 420 EDC was quite reliabe and efficient, so I say go for it, its really worth it for the price.

    Great product, excellent build quality, fantastic performance and taste. What really set the purchase apart was the excellent value and service provided by Mark at 420EDC . I really appreciate the bonus battery and glass. Highly recommend the curved 3D Flow glass, makes the experience even better and more enjoyable. Also appreciate the speedy shipping and great communication. So glad I made this purchase through 420 EDC!
