Warranty Information

The ArGo carries a lifetime warranty on the heating element, and a limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, excluding battery. Glass is not covered under warranty. Retain proof of purchase for warranty service. Returning the product and costs incurred are the responsibility of the user. Arizer will repair or replace warrantied items at our discretion. The warranty does not cover units damaged by dropping, tampering, unauthorized service performed or attempted, modifying the unit,misuse or abuse.

    First let me say thank you to 420edc for fast shipping, great customer service and throwing in extra supplies. The Argo is a great product to use at home and outside. The glass aroma path let's you enjoy the flavor of your herbs. Having a removable 18650 battery is super helpful if you plan on being out long. All in all if you are looking for a good deal, you're in the right place. If you're looking for a great portable dry herb extractor, look no further. - Mrtechrat

    The Arizer ArGo is (in my humble opinion) the best portable device in the market. Equally as important, the folks at 420EDC (thanks Mark!) were amazing in facilitating my questions and research prior to purchasing the ArGo. I purchased the ArGo with the bundle sale and I cannot be happier that I went with 420EDC. I ultimately went with the ArGo after researching a bunch of other units (looked @ Pax 3, XMAX Starry 2, Healthy Rips Fury 2, Arizer Solo 2, and Crafty) primarily because: 1) Portability 2) Replaceable battery 3) Performance (single-degree temp control, works amazingly so far) 4) Design (sleek, discrete, functional with the menu/options) Thank you so much, folks @ 420EDC!

    This is a awesome device. Works really well and easy to use. Doesn't require a lot of product for each session. Great flavor. Love the water pipe attachment.

    That was until I saw the deal 420edc had going on not only did they match the arizer sale price they added $100 in free extras. I honestly think that the sale price and extra battery alone make it a great deal, but enough about the sale onto the Argo... I like the stems I like it maintenance wise. So far so good I couldn't see paying the full price of $270 that arizer wants usually when not on sale. That's why I'm only giving 4 stars.

    Very nice deal by 420 EDC. Purchased on a Thursday and received it on Monday. The Argo works very well. Heats up in about a minute. It is very simple to use, and the battery life is good. A hand written thank you note was in the package. I came away impressed with 420EDC. I'll purchase from them again.

    The ArGo is the perfect combination of small, stealthy, and easy-to-use! Heats up in < 1 min., has good battery life, and with included accessories can become a portable session device. Although on the pricier side of the portables market, the ArGo comes with the quality and reliability of the Arizer name. If you're looking for something equally good at home and on the go, search no further!
