New for 2023 from TopGreen & XMax is the Starry 4. Based on the prior three generations of Starry Conduction technology. With the 420EDC MegaBox, you opt into everything you need for the Starry 4 plus backup on the parts that need the most TLC.

420EDC was lucky enough to beta test the Starry 4 where we put the Starry 4 into daily use to assess performance and maintenance. Going back to Conduction from Convection centric heating or hybrid heating was a pleasant surprise. We've found flavor using the Dosing Capsules at lower temps, similar to the temps we use with the XLux Roffu. The Dosing Capsules are a stellar bonus with the Starry 4, making clean-up easy post session. The device gets to temp fast, ≈ 30 seconds to temps under 400˚F.

Warranty Information

420EDC will handle warranty support for one year on this device as a courtesy to the manufacturer, TopGreen. Battery, mouthpiece assembly and related parts are not covered by this warranty. In the event that warranty service is needed, customer pays return shipping fees to return the product to 420EDC unless they receive a device DoA (Dead on Arrival). 420EDC will prepare a return shipping label in this instance only. We will ship out a replacement device to customers needing warranty support. Customers are encouraged to place an order with 420EDC that ships free with the replacement XMax Starry 4 (we'll refund the shipping paid or issue a shop credit, leave us a note on your order for your preference here). For Warranty Support use the Message Option on your Order page from within your 420EDC account or use the Contact Us Page in the lower right hand corner of the website. Should 420EDC or TopGreen sunset this product, we will provide a replacement of same or greater value from TopGreen should warranty coverage fall in the window of the XMax Starry 4 sunset and depletion of this device's inventory from our catalog. Keep the box and your receipt for warranty support. If you can't keep the box, take a picture of the Serial Number and Security Code (by scraping off "Scratch and Scanning Check") on the end of the box . Customers who checkout as a "Guest" are required to create an account for warranty support. This allows us to communicate with you through the 420EDC.com shop portal. As a "Guest" we can't connect this way. If your email blocks our responses as Spam to your inquiries, then we have no way to connect, reply and take care of warranty issues.
